Coal washing introduction

Process flow in coal washing plant

The main process flow consists of: coal processing, gangue processing, materials and equipment delivery. Among these stages, coal processing system consists of coal adding, screening, crushing, coal dressing, storage, loading. The equipments in screening are vibratory feeder and vibrating screen. Screening

In coal dressing plant, screening is widely used in raw coal preparation and process. According to different screening methods, there are dry screening and wet screening.

Crushing

Crushing is that crushing the large materials into small one. Crusher is the machine used in crushing. The commonly used crushers are Jaw Crusher, Hammer Crusher, Cone Crusher and Impact Crusher.

According to different working methods, there are stationary crusher and mobile crusher. In coal dressing plant, crushing work basically has the following requirements:

1��To adapt to the requirements of the selected particles: there is a size range of coal particles that can be processed by select machinery. The coal whose size is out of the range should be crushed at first and then can go through coal washing.

2�� Some coals are inter-band coals that are the mixture of coal and gangue. For selecting out the clean coal, these coals should be crushed into particles with small size so that the the coals are separated from gangues.

3��To meet the users' particles requirements, the products or coals that are dressed before should be crushed into certain particle size.
