Application of Jaw crusher in Mica Dressing Process

Jaw crusher contributes a lot to dressing process of mica ores, which including flotation separation and air separation. Flotation separation works according the diverse physical-chemical property of mica and gangue.

Firstly, through the processing of crushers and grinding mills, mica can be individually dissociated; secondly, by the action of agent, mica becomes product and separate from gangue.

Working Principle of Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher includes rack part, eccentric shaft rotational part, crushing cavity working portion, protecting device, discharge gate adjustable apparatus, etc. The belts and belt bully, driven by electromotor of crusher, make swing jaw move back and forth, up and down through eccentric shaft.

When swing jaw pushes forward its plate to fixed jaw plate, materials are crushed or split off. When swing jaw and swing jaw plate draw back by the action of eccentric shaft and spring, the former processed materials expel from the discharge hole in the lower part of jaw plate. With electromotor rotating continuously, the swing jaw of crusher crushes and expel materials periodically so as to realize the quantity production.
