Granite mining plant

When starting granite ore mining, firstly, according to resource condition and market demand, first mining area, open-pit limit, process scale and working system of mine are decided. On the base of analysis natural environment by synthesis, and condition of economy & technology, ore mining is started.

Granite Mining process

Granite ore mining is generally divided into the following steps:

Cap rock stripping

Stripping quick soil that covering on ores and non-mineral terrane, which is good for the next process of ore mining. So far, manual stripping is mostly adopted in mine, with only part mining sites using bulldozer and wheel loader, etc.

Separation

It is the second process of separating stone from original rock of ledge. Limited by the existing mining scale and methods of production, manual splitting method and controlled blasting are basically adopted on mining. Manual splitting method, using traditional manual drilling and splitting, is relatively of high intensity of labour, low efficiency. However, it features with high production ratio and easy integer. For the method of controlled blasting, hand-hold air drill is used for holing, and black powder or small cartridge for controlled blasting.

Knocking over

Turnover the stick-stones so as to simplify the process of disassembly & segmentation. The method of pulling and various tools, like manual jack, hydraulic pressure jack, barometric pressure jack, are adopted. At present, jack and pulling are mainly used on mine.

Disassembly & segmentation

Banding rock block are cut and divided into rough raw stone and raw stone on the basis of demands. The methods of disassembly and segmentation are similar to separation's, mainly using methods of manual wedging, drill-splitting, and controlled explosion, etc.

Reforming

In this stage, the segmented the rough raw stones are processed into qualified finished raw stones. Ways of integer are manual beating and using small portable drilling, portable rock drill, catenular diamond wire saw, and shaper, etc. So far, simple methods are mainly adopted on mine, like manual beating and using chisel. And no machinery operation is involved.

Lifting & loading

The shaped raw stones are to be lifted to transport machine in this stage. The tools are various. So far mast is mostly used in mine, and few mining sites use truck crane, shovel loaders, and crawler crane, etc.

Slag removing process

The gravels, which cannot be raw stones, are to transported out of fabrication plant of raw stones.

Granite Ore Mining equipment

Manual cart, shovel loaders, bulldozers, crane, cars and other plants are used to transport granite ore. Crusher is the main ore dressing equipment.
