The talc powder is mainly produced by talc grinding production line, which consists of host, analysis machine, pipe device, blower, Jaw Crusher, dustpans elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibration feeder and power distribution cabinet, etc.

Working process of the talc grinding production line: large block materials come into the jaw crusher to be crushed into the needed grain size. Then the materials will be sent by elevator to the storage bin. Through the electromagnetic vibration feeder, the feeding materials are sent into host grinding chamber in a uniform quantitative continuous way to be ground.

The powders will be blew away by the airflow that comes from the blower. Through the analysis machine, the powders are graded and the powders that match with fine degree come into the cyclone collector with the airflow to be separated and collected. The powders are discharged by the powder tube, which the product powder. The airflow comes back into the blower by the return duct which is on the top of the cyclone collector.

In the talc grinding machine, the whole airflow system is closed circulation and is circulatory flow on the positive and negative pressure state. In the grinding chamber, the materials have certain water content. So when grinding, the materials will produce some heat to make the gas in the grinding chamber evaporated and change the airflow.

For the department of the pipeline is not seriously sealed, the air outside is absorbed in to make the cycle air volume increased. We can achieve the airflow balance by adjusting the ductwork between fan and host more and the redundant gas is led into bag-type dust collector. The fine powder in the redundant gas will be collected and the gas will be discharged after cleaned.

Talc powder usage

The talc powder has many usages, such as refractory materials, paper making, rubber packing, pesticide absorber, leather coatings, makeup material and the carving material, etc.

Talc is an important ceramic raw material. It is used in ceramic preform body and glaze. It is used as chemicals to be added into the glaze and plays an role of cooling and changing the glaze surface roughness. At the same time, we often use the talc powder when we play billiard ball. The talc powder is often used in medicine.
