Tube Ball Mill

The Tube Ball Mill is crucial equipment for further crushing of materials that have already been crushed. The equipment is widely used in the production of cement, silicate products, new building materials, fireproofing materials, fertilizers, metal ore separation, glass and ceramics. It offers dry and wet production processes for various ores and other grindable materials, which is similar to cement Ball Mill.

Process of Tube Ball Mill

tube ball millBall Mill is a kind of ore separation equipment used for materials that have already been crushed. Ball Mils, grinding mills and other ore separation equipments are star products of ZENITH.
Grinding mills are widely used in the fields of metallurgy and building materials. Grinding mills, based on the fineness of grinding materials and products, could be divided in to six types, including Raymond Mill, High Pressure Suspension Mill, High Pressure Powder Mill and Three-ring Medium Speed Powder Grinding Mill.

Installation of Tube Ball Mill

1. The Ball Mill should be installed in the horizontal concrete ground and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. When installing the Ball Mill, it is essential that the mill body must be vertical to the horizon.
3. After the installation, checking if there is any loose bolt and the door of the main body has been fastened. If not, please fasten it.
4. Equipping the Tube Ball Mill with correspondent power cord and control switch according to its power type.
5. When the inspection is completed, carrying out zero-load test. If there is no problem, then equipment could be put into operation.

Maintenance of the Tube Ball Mill

1. Bearing: The bearing takes all the load of the machine. Therefore, lubrication is essential for the endurability of the bearing, which will directly affect the life span and efficiency of the machine. For this reason, the lubricating agent for the machine must be clean, and the inside must be tightly sealed.
2. The newly installed tyre is easy to loose, and therefore must undergo frequent inspections.
3. Keeping an eye on whether each part of the machine is in normal operation.
4. Checking the wear situation of the wear-out parts, and replacing the wore components any time when there is a need.
5. Keeping the underframe surface of the movable parts horizontal. Dusts on the machine must be cleaned to avoid serious accidents as dusts would hamper the movement of the movable bearing on the underframe when the machine encounters unrockable materials.
6. If the temperature of the bearing oil arises, the machine must be stopped, find out the cause and eliminate the obstacle.
7. If the rotating gears have any impact sound in operation, the machine must be stopped, find out the cause and eliminate it.
