Quartz sand production line

Quartz sand production line is mainly divided into two types, namely dry process production and wet selection production. There are various general specifications:6-10M，10-20M，20-40M，40-80M，80-120M，120M，200M，260M，325M，600M. The quartz sands in dry process production are divided into three classes: ordinary quartz sand, half refined quartz sand and refined quartz sand. The quartz sands in wet selection production are divided into ordinary quartz sand and refined quartz sand.

Quartz sand production line equipment

Quartz sand production line mainly consists of : Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, PCL straight-through type centrifugal crusher(sand making machine), Vibrating Screen and tape transmission machine. Some quartz sand production lines also need Ball Mill.

Dry quartz sand production line is that: crushing-separation-rough selection-fine selection-air separation- dust collection. That is to say from one side quartz sands come into equipment and all kinds of qualified products will come out from the other side then the products will be directly put into bags.

Wet quartz sand production line is that: crushing-separation-rough selection-fine selection-air separation- dust collection.

Firstly, the stones are primary crushed by coarse crusher. By the tape transmission machine, the coarse materials are sent to fine crusher for next crushing. Then the stone materials come into Vibrating Screen to be divided into two kinds of stones: the ones that meet the feeding particle size will come go into sand making machine to be made into sand and others are crushed again. Parts of stones that come go into sand making machine are made into sand and others come into the machine for next crushing.

The final mechanism sands comply with the national building sand standards and features with uniform particle size, good particle shape and reasonable gradation.
