The limestone crushing production line mainly includes the following equipements: jaw crusher(for primary crushing), limestone crusher, impact crusher(for fine crushing), impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand washer and belt conveyor.

Technological process of limestone crushing production line

In the first step, the vibrating feeder will send limestone materials evenly into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Next, the produced coarse materials will be transferred to the impact crusher for secondary crushing. Then, the fine crushed materials will go to the vibrating screen where the screen will sieve particles by their size. Particles that fail to meet size requirement will be returned to the impact crusher for further crushing.
